- Copies of the RFP are available on DSCC web-site http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after 31 Jan 2005. Proposed procurement is for a 12-month Indefinite Quantity contract with 2(12) month options. Noun: Transformer NSN 5950-00-058-0650. Approved QPL sources: Power Paragon (86301) or Magnetic Tech (0H1F8). Full and Open Competition applies. This is an Unrestricted procurement. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited from 1-49. Destinations may include any of DSCC stock sites. Delivery 120 days thereafter. See Note 26.
