Description
NSN 5960-01-291-5025, Electron Tube. Approved sources: Raytheon (96214) P/N 807410-2, CPI (88236) P/N VDC-1881 and Herley Industries (32187) P/N MD-080K060. A 12-month Indefinite Type Contract with two, one-year option periods is anticipated. Unit of Issue: EA. Increments solicited: 3-9, 10-24, 25-39, 40-54. Delivery schedule: 220-days. Solicitation is RFP with anticipated award date of (approximately 30 days after closing date). Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Note(s): 8,9,12,13,22,23,24,25, and always 26. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil; 15 days after this notice is published in the CBD. Written requests for drawings are to be submitted to Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTRD, PO Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43218-3990; by, https://dbi.dscc.dla.mil. Requests should include the IFB/RFP/RFQ number, opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. Drawings will not be released until solicitation has posted. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Specifications, plan or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed Base year and (2) option years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
