- DESC: See numbered notes 1, 9 and 26. NSN 2510-01-192-5947, Grille Assembly, Outside Air. This will be procured in accordance with 19207 12339222. The solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Priced contract requiring a quantity of 2500 AY, to be shipped to Texarkana, TX and 970 AY to New Cumberland, PA. The required delivery schedule is for 3470 AY to be shipped within 100 days. This requirement is restricted to small businesses, and all responsible offers will be considered. The solicitation will be available on the web after February 11, 2005 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation will be March 11 2005. A written quote is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified; DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Quotes received after the closing will not be accepted. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation.
