- Description
- Description: The purpose of this notification is to modify an existing contract for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S. Special Operations Command has a requirement to increase 500 Round Ammunition Cans (P/N DAB500) from 144 each to 518 each and Ammunition Can Trays (P/N DGMT0051) from 144 each to 205 each installed on MH-47 & MH-60 aircraft. The delivery schedule will be determined prior to award. It is the Government's intent to modify this contract on a sole-source basis to Dillon Aero, Inc. 8009 East Dillons Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85260-1809 on the basis that they are the designer, developer, and manufacturer of these items. Dillon Aero Inc. retains the patents and all proprietary technical data rights.
