- Single award term contract for the period 03-01-05 to 02-28-06 for the Department of Justice. Telephone directories and pocket directories, 8-1/2 x 11" and 3-1/2 x 5-1/2", printing in black ink, with saddle-wire stitching and looseleaf binding required. The predominant production function is database management.Approximately 4 orders per year of each publication. Approximately 6,000 copies of each publication, per order, of approximately 200 to 260 pages of the telephone directory, and 32 to 56 pages of the pocket directory. Operations include developing, updating, and managing a database; performing page layout (composition)importing updated database, electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, mailing, and distribution.
