- The Heartland Regional Fleet Management Division Zone Offices are currently seeking vendors interested in performing vehicle marshalling services. Our Fleet Management Centers located in Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska will receive a total of approximately 300 new vehicle deliveries this year in the Fort Leonard Wood service area. These new vehicle deliveries are primarily between the months of March and September; however there are deliveries throughout the entire year. As new vehicles are received, they are exchanged for older vehicles assigned to our customer agencies, which are then disposed of via contract auctions.
