- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center, (FISC) Norfolk, contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to acquire professional and administrative services to support the Navy's Strategic Diversity iniatitives. Services include diversity management, retention and data analysis and organizational framework design. This procurement is a sole acquisition with Booz Allen Hamilton of McLean, VA under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.501 (a) under the test program for certain commercial items. Booz Allen Hamilton is the only known provider of these services at this time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Services are anticipated to be provided for the period from 15 Feb 2005 through 30 Sep 2005. A firm fixed price order will be awarded as a result of this quotation.
