- The purpose of this announcement is to notify industry that this solicitation will be issued on or about 19 January 2005 and close on or about 17 February 2004. A site visit is scheduled for 1 February 2005 at 9 a.m. EST. Additional site visit info rmation will be posted with the solicitation. This requirement is for a contractor to operate the GOCO Laundry and Dry Cleaning Plant at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY. The period of contract is 1 April 2005 through 30 September 2005 with four one-year options. This solicitation will only be available electronically. In order to be eligible to receive the award companies must be registered in the Centeral Contractor Registration database and must use Online Representations and Certifications Application. The successful contractor will be required to invoice electronically. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business.
