- Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform maintenance and repair services to various buildings, facilities and structures within the locations serviced by the 81st Regional Readiness Command. This procurement is divided into three zones. Zone One consists of the States of Tennessee (counties of Hamilton, Greene, Knox, Davidson, Anderson, and Shelby), Kentucky (counties of Hopkins, Davis, McCracken, Nelson, Kenton, Fayette, and Jeffe rson) and Mississippi (counties of Coahoma and Lee). Zone Two consists of the States of North Carolina (counties of Buncombe, Transylvania, Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Catawba, Guilford, Rowan, Durham, Wake, Pitt, Lenoir, Carteret, Edgecombe, Wilson, Forsyth, Stanly, Robeson, and Brunswick), South Carolina (counties of Pickens, Greenville, York, Spartanburg, Aiken, Greenwood, Charleston, Florence, Horry, and Orangeburg), and Georgia (counties of Richmond and Chathan). Zone Three consists of the States of Alaba ma (counties of Sumter, Montgomery, Lee, Pike, Macon, Jefferson, Calhoun, Pickens, Madison, Walker, Colbert, and Tuscaloosa), Georgia (counties of Muscogee, Clark, Cobb, Lawrence, Fulton, Peach, Hall, Bibb, Floyd, Dekalb, and Clayton), and Mississippi (cou nties of Lincoln, Forrest, Jones, Hinds, Lauderdale, Warren, Hinds, Washington, Leflore, and Oktibbeha). The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with two one-year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity co ntract. Multiple awards are possible, however, no more than one contract will be awarded in each zone. The Government guarantees a minimum of $25,000.00 per year per zone. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1542, $28,500,000.00. The estimated magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to HUBZone small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids . Eligible HUBZone firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but wil l be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
