Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: FM500042757000. The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to NGH Retail, Institute Unit B, Valparaiso IN 46383. Commodities to be purchased: 270 each New Generation Heater Storage Baskets. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 19 Jan 2005. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
