- Description
- The United States Department of Education intends to make a sole source award to T.P. Information Systems (Anixis) for a Password Policy Enforcer v3.x (1 EA) and a Premium Support Plan for the Software ( 1 EA) in accordance with the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c )(1) only one responsible source. The Premium Support Plan includes priority email support, telephone support, and free major upgrades for one year. T.P. Information System Perpetual License ( Password Policy Enforcer) will help the Department of Education in the identification and authentication controls to strengthen password requirements and enforce the combined use of alpha-numeric and special characters when creating passwords for authorized access to EDNet. T.P. Information Systems (Anixis) is the creator and manufacturer of the Password Policy Enforcer v3.x and no other company are authorized resellers for the software. T.P. Information System (Anixis) is the only responsible source available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All information in response to this notification must be submitted to the attention of Thurl Frazier, Contract Specialist (Group A).
