- Description
- The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service(NRCS) has completed an initial draft of the Confidentiality interim final rule, which is authorized by the 2002 Farm Bill(16 USC 3844). NRCS requests contractor assistance to write a Departmental Regulation that reflects the confidentiality policy promulgated in the interim final rule and assist NRCS in clearing the regulation through the Farm Services Agency and the USDA. Please see the attached Statement of work which will be uploaded to this solicitation no later than January 18, 2005.
