The procurement agency has Adequate Data for evaluation purposes, but limited rights apply. The offeror is required to provide only data for its evaluation. All shipments are to be CONUS. Increments solicited: 20-99, 100-149, 150-169, 170-189, 190-199, 200-240. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. See Note 1 and 26. This solicitation is an Indefinite Quantity Contract and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 2 FEBRUARY 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. An approved source are Alektronics and Dayton-Granger Inc. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-months Basic Contract, and four (4) 12-months option periods. The total duration shall not exceed 5-years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
