- NSN 5960-01-066-4771, IQC05010009066, Electron Tube. This item is manufactured in accordance with source controlled drawing (97942) DWG 335D529 and, due to criticality, may be purchased only from the sources listed on the drawing. Approved sources are: CPI (88235) P/N BTR-678 and M/A-COM (96341) P/N MA3742. The proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity contract and contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. The estimated annual quantity is 96 each. Min order quantity: 10 Max order quantity: 144. Prices are requested for ranges of 10-15; 16-31; 32-63; 64-99; 100-144. Phased delivery 20 each per month beginning 210 days after date of contract. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at origin to various Conus locations. Note(s) 26 apply(s). This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on FedBizOps on its issue date of February 3, 2005.
