Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Special Communications Requirements (SCR) Division, St. Inigoes, MD, has a requirement for two (2) each Very High Frequency (VHF) Frequency Modulation (FM) Transmitters in support of the U.S. Army Psychological Operations Command (PSYOP) Wind Supported Aerial Delivery System (WSADS) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Project. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. The basis or award of the resultant contract will be on the Best Value to the Government as established by the tradeoff process evaluation approach, cost and non-cost factors considered. The solicitation and any amendments thereto will be posted on the NAVAIR Homepage and can be accessed at the following address: http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing-business/open-solicitations/. It is the contractor?s responsibility to continuously monitor this web site for the latest information concerning this requirement. The estimated solicitation release date is 14 January 2005. When submitting an e-mail response to this synopsis, please include the following information so that we may compile a Bidder?s Mailing List: 1. Company Name, 2. Company Address, 3.
