Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Program Manager Office for Light Armored Vehicle has the following requirements for a Hydraulic Test Kit. The contents of the kit and on-board interface components are as follows: 1. Maintenance Kit: 47 each SensoControl-Service Master Meter Kits, Parker-Hannifin (P-H) Part Number: PDSM35-2-40-40; 47 each Pressure Transducers P-H P/N: PDTA-4000; 47 each 10 ft Cables, P-H P/N: SCK-102-05-02 2. Front Manifold Kit, each kit contains the following: 2259 each Test Port Couplings, P-H P/N: PD361; 2259 each Dust Cap (for Test Port Coupling) P-H P/N: PD6285; 753 each Straight Adapters P-H P/N: 8-6 F50G5-S. 3. LAV-R Rear Manifold Kit, each kit contains the following: 92 each Parker 6 ADVG5-9 (45 degree adapter), P-H P/N 6 ADVG5-9; 184 each Test Port Couplings, P-H P/N: PD361; Dust Cap (for Test Port Coupling); P-H P/N: PD6285. Offerors should quote shipping as a separate line item and should plan on shipping to Albany, GA. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to be considered for award. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Condi tions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
