- Description
- The Fort Carson Butts Army Airfield (BAAF) is the central location that facilitates administrative and tactical aviation activities and sustains aviation support operations for Fort Carson. The Contractor shall provide a range of airfield operations support services to all Fort Carson based rotary-wing aircraft and crewmembers, and transient aircraft and crewmembers, rotary-wing and fixed-wing, authorized to use BAAF. These support services include Airfield Operations Management, Flight Dispatch, Co ld Aircraft Refueling, Airspace Information Center (Flight Following), and Air Traffic Control Tower IAW AR 95-1 AR 95-2, FM 3-04.300 and FM 3-04.303. Airspace Information Center (Flight Following) and Air Traffic Control Tower will be Jointly operated IA W FM 3-04-303 and FAAO 7110.65.
