- Description
- The contractor shall provide all material, personnel, labor, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide maintenance and repairs to the kitchen exhaust hoods and fire suppression systems on Andrews AFB, MD and Davidsonville AF Site, MD, in accordance with the Statement of Work. This is a small business set-aside. The period of performance of any resulting contract will be 1 January 2005 through 30 September 2005 with four (4), one-year options (option years will be from 1 October through 30 September). Full funding for the option years will be provided annually upon exercising of the options. Funding will be subject tot funds availability in accordance with FAR clause 52.232-18, ?Availability of Funds.? The basis of award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. All firms responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive contractors will be considered by the agency. The NAICS code is 561790 ($6 million). The solicitation must be downloaded. NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. The solicitation will be posted on or around 24 Nov 2004.
