- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals to perform all operations in connection with project NKAK 02-1069-5, Construct Visitor Center, at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas. The principal features of work which include, but are not limited to: (1) Construction of new site utilities, including sanitary sewer with septic tank and leach field. (2) Site grading and drainage structures. (3) Construction of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, site lighting, and landscaping. (4) Construction of new visitor center building. (5) All other necessary support to provide a complete and useable facility in strict accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Construction project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 236220, company size standard is $28.5 million. The performance period is 270 calendar days after receipt of NTP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition is 8(a) competitive, open to 8(a) small businesses in Arkansas under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-565). This office proposes to post to the FedBizOps website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) the Solicitation on or about 9 FEB 05. The site visits will be on or about 22 FEB at 0900 and 24 FEB 05 at 1400, and Proposal Due date on or about 11 MAR 05, the exact dates will be included in the Solicitation when posted to FedBizOps. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. See Numbered Notes 13, 22, and 23.
