- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a sole source purchase order to the National Off Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC) to support their annual conference and the 4th National Off Highway Vehicle Program Managers conference. NOHVCC?s annual conference provides a forum for information sharing. NOHVCC develops and provides a wide spectrum of programs, materials and information to promote safe and responsible use of off highway vehicles (OHV). FHWA?s participation will show commitment to promote safe and responsible trail use. Because of their expertise and experience in setting up these annual conferences and their representation of a wide variety of various OHV user groups from across the Nation, they are the only known company that can provide these services. No other known source provides similar conference. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is on or about January 26, 2005.
