- The previous notice is hereby deleted and replaced as follows: Contract S-LMAQM-04-C-0030, awarded on 18 February 2004 to DynCorp International LLC, One Ridgmar Place, 6500 West Freeway Suite 600, Fort Worth, TX 76116. Contract S-LMAQM-04-C-0032, awarded on 26 February 2004 to Civilian Police International LLC, 18980 Upper Belmont Place, Leesburg, VA 20176. Contract S-LMAQM-04-C-0033, awarded on 25 March 2004 to the Joint Venture Partnership of PAE Government Services Inc. ? HomeLand Security Corp, 1601 N. Kent Street Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22209. These contracts provide services and supplies in support of the U.S. Department of State, International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), pursuant to Presidential Decision Directive 71 (PDD-71) on strengthening criminal justice systems in support of peace operations and other complex security operations worldwide. Currently the maximum for these indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts (including options) are any quantity or combination of supplies and services equal to the amounts as set forth below: Base Year $400,000,000.00 Option Year 1 $400,000,000.00 Option Year 2 $400,000,000.00 Option Year 3 $400,000,000.00 Option Year 4 $400,000,000.00 It is the intent of the U.S. Government to modify the maximum for these indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts (including options) to be any quantity or combination of supplies and services equal to the amounts as set forth below: Base Year $5,000,000,000.00 Option Year 1 $5,000,000,000.00 Option Year 2 $5,000,000,000.00 Option Year 3 $5,000,000,000.00 Option Year 4 $5,000,000,000.00 This notice is not a request for proposals.
