- Additional information has been requested by prospective offerors and it has been determined by the Contracting Officer that this information be made available to all bidders. The closing date for the receipt of statements of capabilities has been extended to January 18, 2005. RESPONSES TO ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS: Question 1: This bid for the Job Corps Support Services- is it possible to bid on part of the bid or would the company bidding need to be able to fulfill each section of the bid? Answer: A company must be able to fulfill the entire requirement. Question 2: I work for a company and we have offices over in Israel. Would there be a problem if we wanted our Israeli location to work on this project? Answer: That is a business decision the firm would have to make. Question 3: Would there be a problem if our NJ location worked on this project even though we have offices in Israel and in Europe? Answer: This is a business decision your form will have to make. Question 4: What is the current amount you are paying the current company on this project? Answer: Past funding for this requirement is as follows: Base Year total estimated cost: $4,197,913 Option Year One total estimated cost: $3,714,424 Option Year Two total estimated cost: $3,117,479 Option Year Three total estimated cost: $3,540,755 Option Year Four total estimated cost: $2,333,620 Question 5: I was wondering if you might be able to identify the possible place(s) of performance for the support services outlined in the notice. Answer: Staffing for this contract can be at a number of locations around the country. Job Corps centers, regional offices, corporate field offices, etc.
