- Description
- Road Maintenance consisting of Spring and Fall Blading. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for certified business concerns located in a Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone). NAICS code is 237310, size standard is $28.5 million. The Colville National Forest requires road blading maintenance services on the Three Rivers, Newport and Sullivan Lake Ranger Districts located in the Ferry, Stevens and Pend Oreille Counties, Washington. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, tools and transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions of the contract. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity contract for a Base Year and Two Option Year periods. Work will be assigned by the placement of Task Orders issued against the basic contract. The physical work period will be identified in individual Task Order. This project will be advertised as a written proposal. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about February 1, 2005. Proposals will be due on or about March 2, 2005. All responsible HUBZone Certified sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be posted at this site on the issue date.
