- This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is RFQ N68470-4343MJK. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 424210. The US Naval Hospital intends to award an firm fixed-price award for cortical cancellous matchsticks and cacellous bone chips. The evaluation factors used to evaluate offers are quality and lowest price. Delivery and acceptance point shall be US Naval Hospital Okinawa, Bldg 6000, Camp Lester, Okinawa, Japan T904-0103. Offeror will be required to deliver on scheduled delivery dates and call the government POC prior to expected delivery schedule for required items.
