- Description
- The Second Marine Aircraft Wing (2D MAW) has submitted a requirement for cleaning/washing of various government-owned aircraft. The Government is anticipating a firm fixed price contract for the service. The service will be performed for Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 14, MAG 26, MAG 29 and MAG 31 located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, MCAS New River, North Carolina and MCAS Beaufort, South Carolina. The period of performance is 01 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 with provisions for four (4) twelve month option periods. The solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 25 March 2004 with proposals due approximately 28 April 2004. A site and preproposal conference will be held at MCAS Cherry Point on or about 08 April 2004. The NAICS Code is 488190 with a corresponding size standard of $6.0 million. See Numbered Note 1.
