- Description
- This notice constitutes Amendment No. 1 to combined synopsis/solicitation N0024405T0196 for maintenance of HP/VAX equipment. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date to read 01/13/05 and to delete the clause entitled Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, FAR 52.219-6 in its entirety. This amendment is also for the purpose of correcting the principal period of maintenance to read for 1 year only. Also in paragraph 4.a of the Scope of Services, the Principal Period of Maintenance (PPM) should read 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a 4 hour on-site response time. This PPM is required at both locations.
