Description: The Naval Facilities Contracting Office (NAVFACCO) Port Hueneme, CA 93043 intends to award on a Sole Source basis to US Filter Wastewater Group, 181 Thornhill Road, Warrendale, PA 15086-7527 collect test data using MEMCOR 3M10 pilot. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. This procurement is being issued using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13. See Note 22. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Contracts Office (NAVFACCO) under UIC N47408 has been changed to the Specialty Center Contracts Core (SCCC)under UIC N68711. Until SCCC resolves the issue of changing the UIC and address on the FEDBIZZOP this requirement will be posted in this NAVFACCO UIC and address.
