- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE UPGRADE OF CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE ELECTRO-OPTICAL SENSOR FLIGHT EVALUATION LABORATORY (EOSFEL) FLIGHT MOTION SIMULATOR (FMS) GovWorks is issuing a Request for Quote on behalf of the Redstone Technical Test Center for "Upgrade of Control System for the Electro-Optical Sensor Flight Evaluation Laboratory (EOSFEL) Flight Motion Simulator (FMS). ***The period of performance will be 6 working weeks after date of award. FOB shall be DESTINATION, Redstone Arsenal, AL. ***This requirement is being procured using full & open competition. The resultant award is expected to be a firm-fixed-price purchase order. ***The NAICS code for this requirement is 333314 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. ***The competitive Request for Quote (RFQ), specifications, RFQ amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFQ number 1435-04-05-RQ-41072. ***The RFQ is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about January 11, 2005, and will be available via the Internet at the above web site. ***Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFQ in order to be considered for award of any resultant purchase order. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests shall not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via e-mail to William.galvin@mms.gov Ensure the RFQ number and project title are referenced on all correspondence.
