- TACOM (Warren) will be issuing a sole source Request For Proposal (RFP) for the following items of Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE) to be utilized on the Mortar Carrier-B (MC-B), a variant of the Stryker Combat Vehicle: C-Wrench Hook, 25-28MM PN 73-82; Gage Recouperator Oil PN 189-753; Oil Level Indicator PN 189-696; Pull Back System PN 189-383; Threaded Rod Tool PN 189-1008; Oil pump Kit PN 189-1293; Barrel Locking Firing Wrench PN 73-98; Gage Pressure Replenishment PN 189-772; These will be acquired by a Firm Fixed Price, requirements type contract. It is anticipated that approximately 42 of each tool will be purchased over the next five years through individual Delivery Orders against the basic contract.
