Solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Advanced Marksmanship Training to be condu cted from 31 January 4 February 2005, at the vendors facility. The training shall consist of the following Key Tasks: Hand and Arm Signals, Commo Procedures, M4/M9/Shotgun Advanced Marksmanship, Instinctive Shooting, NBC Shooting, Weak Hand Shooting, Engaging Moving Targets, Threat Identification, Low percentage Shooting, Stress shooting, and Post Assault Procedures. Vendors Training Facility requirements shall include the following: 1000 yard range, 600 yard range, 6100 Sq Ft Live Fire Shoot-House, U rban Assault Course, 2500 Sq Ft 2-Story CQT Trainer, Fast Rope, Urban Climbing and Rappel Tower, Steel Alley and 180 Range, Movement Range, School Bus and City Bus, and DC-9 Airline with Working Hatches. Vendor shall provide the following equipment: Simu nition equipment and protective apparel, chemical suits and masks, doors windows and locks to destroy, and various weapons accessories. Personnel: In addition to marksmanship instructors, vendor shall provide role players.
