- On March 12, 2005 the Robins Air Force Base Smith Community Center will host a Chess Tournament. This single elimination chess tournament is a great way to compete and show your skills. The winner of this tournament will advance to represent Robins AFB at the Air Force Level and have the opportunity to represent the Air Force at the all Service tournament being held in Poland for 2005. This event is open to all base cardholders and usually receives an attendance of 50 competitors. This year we would like to partner with a company who is interested in providing trophies or prizes for the base champion. Would your company like to be a part of the Chess Tournament for 2005? If so, we can offer you possible logo and/or name recognition in promotional event materials, our Services Edge magazine (15,000 published per month), our Services website, the Rev-Up (20,000 published per week) and even on an event thank you sign.
