Size/Dimensions: 9 inches long X 2.5 inches width . Form /Fit/Function: Controls and directs the air between the 2nd and 3rd stages of inlet fan. Also provides support for air sealing rings. Predominant Material: AMS 4928 Titanium Alloy. Applicable to: F100PW100/ 200/220/220E Engine. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: 10,201 each, 30 Jun through 30 Sep 05. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 25 Jan 2005. The anticipated award date will be 11 March 2005. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Pratt & Whitney (CAGE:52661). This item requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to assure that prospective offerors are capable of establishing and maintaining effective process control.. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. FIRST ARTICLE REQUIRED. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1.
