- The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Albany, NY is seeking to contract with a local practice group who have qualifications, experience and expertise in providing quality Neurosurgery Physician services to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs at the VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall perform clinical patient planning, treatment and follow up services in support of radiation therapy treatments. Description of procedures is: consultations, review of all imaging tests, delineation of critical structures, delineation of target volumes, performance of necessary immobilization procedures such as internal fixation devices and assist in follow up. The approximate volume of patients will be 1-2 per month. The term of the proposed contract shall be for the period February 1, 2005 (or date of contract award) through January 31, 2006. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price contract.
