The workshop How to Submit a Winning MOBIS Proposal will be held on Thursday January 20, 2005 at 9:00AM - 1:00PM at George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. Cost is $125.00 and space is still available. This course is designed to assist the student in completing the MOBIS solicitation in preparation for submission of a proposal to the GSA. Examine the procedures for admission, evaluation requirements for contract award, and how to maintain the contract once it has been awarded.
