Description

The US Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Naval Engineering Division, intends to contract for the performance of a center section overhaul of the NR1 Ship Service Diesel Generator onboard the USCGC Active (WMEC-618). The engine serial number is 2WB09120. Performance period is 14FEB05 through 23MAR05 in the area of Port Angeles, Washington. This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation and purchase is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 52.219-6). Attention: Minority Women Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist minority, women owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts.
