- Description
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition process to Innovation Data Processing Inc., 275 Paterson Avenue, Innovation Plaza, Little Falls, NJ 07424-1658 for proprietary software maintenance on product FDR / FASTCPK, ABR, AND INST-HDS. This purchase order will represent a renewal to the Agency's existing Maintenance Agreement. The CBP intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals, however prospective contractors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific detailed technical documentation to support such claims and abilities. No award will be made on the basis of any proposal or other information received in response to this notice as this is a notification of intent to acquire and not a request for proposals.
