- Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15, intends to negotiate a commercial contract to obtain medical laboratory services for the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at the Russell Regional Hospital, 200 South Main St., Russell, KS 67665. The procurement will provide for laboratory services to include collection, preanalytic processing, analysis, reporting of analytic results, and consultations regarding selection, collection, and result interpretation. Collection of laboratory specimens will be required to be performed at the CBOC location. Period of performance will be a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods.
