- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-05-T-5001, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Environmental Services Flight at the Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011-9544 is Iron and Metals Scrap Recycling services to include pickup and disposal of said metals items at various locations at Buckley AFB CO 80011.
