- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in a fully serviced lease for a term of 20-years, of a build-to-suit facility of approximately 67,000 square feet of rentable space. The facility will consist of office, related use, and warehouse type space, together with 95 parking spaces, for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in McAllen, Texas. GSA will compete the construction on a pre-selected site. Utilizing a Two-Phase Source Selection Process, a Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB) will select the most qualified Team to design, construct and manage the facility. Phase I evaluation factors include: Past Performance, Project Management and Delivery Plan, Resumes on Key Team Members and, Design Philosophy. From the proposals submitted in Phase I, the SSEB will develop a short-list of teams (not to exceed five) that will be invited to participate in Phase II. Proposals in Phase II will be evaluated based on Interior and Exterior Building Design, Building Systems, and Price. To participate in this lease construction project, interested parties must submit a Form B, Request for Sensitive But Unclassified Documents, to GSA on or before January 24, 2005 (please click on the Form B link). After receipt of Form B, its review, and determination of eligibility, GSA will provide a copy of the Solicitation for Offers (SFO). Please reference SFO-5TX0006, McAllen, Texas on Form B.
