Description
The General Services Administration intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16, Firmed-Fixed Price Contract and other applicable FAR Parts, which will be referenced at the time of award. The objective of this task order is to provide NAVAIR with Integrator Database Generation System and training required to maintain and develop H60 Harmony IG databases. To date, 5 training systems have been built with the Harmony I Visual System. The database system shall provide a means to create new visual databases and modify existing databases, which run on these current H-60 trainers with the Harmony Image Generator (IG). Also provide training for users on the system. The database system will allow government engineers to interface with the current H-60 software. The H60 Visual Database Development System that is requested is configured to operate utilizing E&S Integrator 7.1.7 PS6 and Terrex software. The software is proprietary to two companies, Evans and Southerlend (E&S). Each brand software is required to operate the final product to maintain the E&S proprietary delivered software. The hardware must be configured to E&S specified requirements, which must be met, to assure the compatibility that will guarantee the systems performance. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 518210. All interested parties must submit their quotes via e-mail to dora.gayden@gsa.gov NLT 5:00 p.m., PST, on 13 January 2005. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement.
