Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to NOP World., 205 East 42nd Street, New York, NY for a one-year subscription of NOP World Roper Reports. The subscription period will be January 1, 2005 - December 31, 2005. NOP World Roper Reports is a consumer trend analysis and consulting service, which provides clients comprehensive insight into the key consumer trends, driving their business. NOP World Roper Reports subscription includes the following deliverables: Quarterly in-person, in-home interviews; Monthly telephone surveys; Weekly Public Pulse; Monthly Tele-conference; Quarterly ?TrendWhys?; Lifestage segmentation of in-person, in-home surveys; Values segmentation of in-person, in-home surveys; Lifestyle segmentation of in-person, in-home surveys; IRS favorability rating question in 4 in-person in-home waves and 4 telephone surveys; Internet Electronic library access via NOP World RoperAWS portal; Access to 29 years of trend data; Annual perspective presentation; Global tends perspective and Access to consumer insights team for virtually unlimited service ? white papers, presentation decks, bulleted analysis etc. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations no later than 15 days from the posted date of this announcement. Organizations submitting quotes should address the cost of subscription and a description of the services/materials the fee includes; services (and related costs) that are available but not limited to subscription fee. Award will be based on price and other factors. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number if applicable; business size and payment terms. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. All questions must be submitted in writing and received by facsimile on (202) 283-1511 or mail. If no responses are received the award will be made to NOP World.
