- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-05-T-0044 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the lastest edition of the Federal Acquistion Circular. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Southeast RMC requires 2 each CAB 803 Instrumentation for Schenck Model HQ40B Balancing Machine. The Government expects to make an award to Schenck Treble Corporation on a sole source basis.
