- Tape, pressure sensitive, 3 inch wide, 60 yard long rolls, high quality adhesive, manufacture in accordance with Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Technical Specification 8030-899-010. Laboratory test reports are required with proposal submittal and each shipment to verify compliance with chemical composition and mechanical properties. Offers are required to submit two sample rolls with their proposal to allow Government testing to verify compliance. The requirement is for 8,000 rolls to be delivered each year during one base year and two option years with options for an additional 2,500 rolls each year. RFP #N00102-05-R-1210 will NOT be issued until at least 24 Jan 05. The above referenced Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Technical Specification will be posed along with the RFP. To be eligible for award, offers must download the RFP, and submit a responsive proposal along with samples prior to the RFP closing date.
