- The Bureau of Land Management New Mexico State Office, Acquisition Support Center, transmits this award notification for engineering and cadastral AutoCAD software subscription. A sole-source award has been made to DLT Solutions, Inc. under GSA Contract No. GS-35F-4543G. The subscription service is a computer assisted drafting software with key components for calculating and plotting coordinate geometry used in cadastral and engineering work. BLM's National Technologoy Reasearch Center has written custom software code in lisp routine language to accommodate cadastral survey's needs at a national level to collect raw data, refine the final plot, and submit the final survey plats for publication. This custom software is written specifically to run within AutoCAD and is incompatible with other CAD software. Due to the described software compatibility issues, it has been determined that DLT Solutions, Inc. is the only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements as prescribed by FAR Part 6.302-1.All written responses by fax 505-761-8763 will be considered for current and future actions, and must be directed to this office within 10 days of the transmission date of this synopsis. At a minimum, responses must include the firm's name, contact information, business size, and concise description of services similar or comparable to the requirement described herein.
