- This requirement is to identify businesses that have the capability and experience to provide pre-Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO) Environment of Care on-site inspections (above and below the ceiling) identifyi ng problem areas relative to Life Safety Code compliance; provide management models for each of the management areas; provide technical interpretation and expertise of National Fire Protection Association 101 code requirements with respect to medical facil ities; provide sample of Annual Management Plan Evaluation; review and provide recommendations for Environment of Care documentation; review and provide recommendations for Statement of Conditions; provide staff training; conduct mock JCAHO survey with wr itten out brief for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307.
