- This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN 1615-01-465-0647BZ, P/N HTC-H53-12DB-02; Vibration Dampener; ACFT: MH053J/M helicopter. This requirement is for a quantity of 1 EA for the basic period, a quantity range of 1-4 ea for the first outyear option and a quantity range of 1-4 ea for the second outyear option. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: 30 September 2005. Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code 0YRF8, Hood Technology Corp., 1750 Country Club Road, Hood River, OR 97031. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
