- The U.S Department of State intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with RG II Technologies, Inc., 1997 Annapolis Exchange Parkway, Suite 210, Annapolis, MD 21401 under authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurment is for the completion of the Bureau Resource Managment System (BRMS) for the Department's Bureau of Resource Management, Office of State Programs, Operations and Budget. The proposed contract action for software development completion and deployment is to be issued off the vendor's GSA Federal Supply Schedule. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
