Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to acquire Membership for the Executive Council, Infrastructure Executive Council and Information Risk Executive Council which will allow unlimited access to proprietary strategic research designated by the member executives; Annual Executive Retreat offering a unique opportunity to interact with the council principals; Staff Briefings; access to custom project library of proprietary research and unlimited, unrestricted access to a password-protected web site. This requirement will be awarded on a sole source basis to Corporate Executive Board, Washington, DC. It is the government?s understanding that this the only source available. Therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. See Note 22.
