- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to SV Mullikin Consulting, Inc 1205 Woodberry Road Kinston, NC. This purchase order is a continuation of the re-organization of the Office of New Drug Chemistry (ONDC). Consulting support is needed to (1) provide ONDC assistance with the overall implementation of the new quality assessment review process and reorganization, (2) identify cross-cutting change implementation issues, (3) develop a transition strategy and detailed plans for moving from the current Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls review process to the modernized quality assessment process, (4) provide expertise in process mapping, change management, organization transformation and transition plan development, (5) coordinate and track updates to the ONDC organization with ONDC, OPS and H/R, (6) disseminate information to the ONDC Change Implementation Team; facilitate group meetings, and document decisions and action items, (7) develop process mapps and supporting documentation to finalize the new pharmaceutical quality assessment process. This not a formal request for quotes. However, the evaluation of other offers and any award decision will be made on a best value basis. The FDA intends to make an award immediately after the response date of this notice.
