- ISSUE DATE: 01/21/2005. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection and Testing Services within the First USCG District. The First District runs from the Maine/Canadian border to Sandy Hook, NJ. Contract will consist of one base and four option years. The estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 dollars, inclusive of all option years. NAICS code is 541380. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Solicitation packages to be available on or about 01/21/2005. The due date for receipt of proposals is on or about 02/22/2005. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings and amendments may be accessed for download for free beginning on the date of issue at the following site: http://www.eps.gov.
